High Energy Athletic Training workout series that is great as a recovery and cardio workout in between regular metabolic workouts.  This workout is a 30-minute “sweat and stretch”.  Perform 60 seconds of an exercise that makes you sweat followed by 60 seconds of a foam rolling or flexibility exercise to bulletproof the body and burn a ton of calories.
