MAIN PROGRAM

METABOLIC WORKOUTThis is our featured program that involves 30-minute EXPRESS workouts for busy people. A “metabolic workout” features a total body workout that employs high-intensity work periods with short rest periods in an alternating set or circuit format that combines the muscle-building benefits of resistance training with the fat-burning benefits of interval training. Proper exercise progressions are provided to accommodate campers of all fitness levels.

PUNCH CARD OPTIONS

A.B.S. (Abs, Butt, Shoulders) is a class designed to strengthen and sculpt the core muscles of the body. These muscle groups, which are often the weakest in the body are critical for long term joint and back health. They also improve posture and create a toned and shapely physique. Who doesn’t want toned abs, shoulders and buns?

TRX Training is a class that incorporates suspension trainers (straps that anchor from the ceiling). Using a TRX increases the difficulty and intensity of many exercises by requiring not only strength but also balance and stability. Common exercises, such as pushups, squats, lunges, etc. are made more exciting and limitless by this apparatus. Alternatively, the suspension training straps can be used to assist novices during workouts by assisting with balance and control.

STRENGTH ACADEMY is a class that is dedicated to learning how to perform strength exercises using a mix of kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and bands.  This is for the dedicated lifter or beginner looking to develop muscular definition and get a tighter, more defined look.
